Try Valo Pro free for 14 days (no credit card). If you subscribe and it's not for you, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked.
Payments and billing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Free trial
Valo Pro includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required. When the trial ends, you can continue using Valo for free (without Pro features) or subscribe. You will never be charged without explicitly subscribing.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you subscribe to Valo Pro and decide it's not right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment. No questions asked.
After the 30-day window, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We're reasonable people — if something went wrong, reach out.
EU right of withdrawal
If you're in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. To exercise this right, contact us or Paddle before the 14-day period expires.
Our 30-day guarantee exceeds this requirement, so you're covered either way.
How to request a refund
Contact us on Discord, or reach out to Paddle directly through your purchase receipt. Refunds are processed to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Cancellation
You can cancel your Valo Pro subscription at any time. After cancellation, you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees. Valo continues to work on the free tier after your subscription ends — nothing breaks, nothing disappears.
